Feudo 5 Querce, a certified organic DOC winery, is located 1,000 meters above sea level on the southern slope of the Etna Park in the municipality of Belpasso, between Nicolosi and Ragalna, sees and breathes the breezes from the Mediterranean Sea. The estate exclusively cultivates indigenous grape varieties in hand-tended bush-trained vineyards using heroic viticulture techniques, thus recovering uncultivated lands and preserving the traditional dry lava stone terraces.
